GDPR - - General Data Protection Regulation

The above regulations came into force on May 25th 2018.  To meet with the data protection requirements we have created a Data Protection Policy. This identifies what personal data is and how personal data  will be processed.

The information we gather from customers to untake their personal care must be given freely require affirmative action and it must be clear to the data subject (customer or employee) what they are consenting to.

All data taken is required to be processed fairly and lawfully. The Data Protection Act (DPA)  requires certain specific information is available to the data subject ie the Care Plan.

The data, which is taken from the customer, is not held for longer than is required under law.
